OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION
- For LED Accessories or Spare Bulbs, Free Shipping only applies to orders over $75, otherwise a $19.95 Flat Rate shipping fee will be added to your total.
- United States: Any orders from the United States will be shipped via USPS.
- Canada: Any orders from Canada will be shipped via CanadaPost.
All orders received before 2 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Anything after that time will be shipped on the following day.
If ever we encounter any problems with your order, we will get in touch with you promptly in order to get your order shipped out to you in a timely fashion. Along with that, customers will be receiving an email with the tracking number 24 hours after the payment has been processed.
Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not covered in the product price or shipping and handling charges, and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility because we are just charging the transportation fee for the packages. You can check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
